ETHIOPIA - CHELCHELE [FILTER]

This Chelchele coffee is collected by our partner EDN Ethiopian Coffee from hundreds of small producers around the washing station, most of them farms of only 1 to 2 hectares.

In this area, coffee is much more than a source of income: it is part of daily life, tradition, and community.

The cherries are carefully hand-picked and naturally processed. They are dried on raised beds for 15 to 20 days, depending on the weather, and stirred regularly to ensure even drying.
