Under the influence of the Tatamá National Natural Park, this regional blend is born, selected to represent the authentic profile of the area: a balanced, very clean cup with a persistent sweetness.
Apía is a town with a deep coffee tradition, located within the Colombian Coffee Cultural Landscape, recognized by UNESCO. The pristine Tatamá massif connects the biogeographical Chocó with the Andes and acts as a natural climate regulator. The fresh, humid winds from the páramo contrast with the warm sun on the slopes of Apía, generating a thermal amplitude that favors slow and complex maturation.
This coffee is the result of collaborative work with local producers, under the technical direction of Agrotatamá, which ensures standardized harvesting and processing. Cherries are hand-picked at their optimal ripeness, undergo 18 hours of oxidation, pulping, and a short 12-hour fermentation. Drying is done mechanically for 5 days, followed by 15 days of stabilization in the warehouse.
